Hi! I’m Bree, and I love teaching English from a direct approach to conversation and experiencing the language in an authentic and meaningful way. <\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m from the border region between Mexico and the United States, so I lived between two worlds from a very young age. I was in Mexico until I was fifteen, and then I moved to Kansas, where I went to high school and college. I earned a double degree in Finance and Economics and another in Spanish with a focus on literature. <\/p>\n

During my time at university, I took study trips to a university in Germany and to China to learn about different cultures and languages. I’m always curious to discover new ways of life. <\/p>\n

In 2016, I moved to Mallorca, Spain, with a scholarship for the NALCAP (North American Language Assistant Program<\/em>), where I worked as an English conversation assistant for different schools in Mallorca and Madrid, helping students of different ages.<\/p>\n

One of the most enriching experiences was working for CEIP Fernando de los R\u00edos, which was nominated by the platform \u2018Mi Cole\u2019 as the best public school in Spain. At this school, I learned a great deal about how a school adapts to the realities and needs of its students, and how they develop educational projects that foster a love of learning in a fun way. Every school I worked at was a wonderful and unique experience. <\/p>\n

Finally, in 2023, I took a big step and decided to start my own English teaching business. Beyond my work, my passion for culture is reflected in everything I do outside of work hours. In 2023, I founded the Mexican Women’s Association in Mallorca, a women-led group dedicated to sharing Mexican culture and fostering intercultural understanding. I am passionate about promoting and actively participating in creating a better world where diverse cultures and realities can coexist and exchange different ways of life. <\/p>\n

I firmly believe in the transformative power of discourse and language. I strive to foster independent and critical thinking. In an increasingly globalized and interconnected world, it’s no longer enough to simply speak English; it’s also crucial to know how to navigate increasingly diverse cities. <\/p>\n

I like to think that languages \u200b\u200baren’t just about learning grammar rules, but about immersing yourself in a new world, new ways of thinking, understanding each other, and questioning things.
Learning English can be a tool for personal exploration and, at the same time, a gateway to new opportunities.<\/p>\n

My approach goes beyond language. I like to think that I not only teach English, but also skills, values, and tools that are useful for life in general and for the citizens of the future. I work with children, teenagers, and adults, always fostering an open, curious, and critical mind. <\/p>\n
